Order Minimums

A $1,000 minimum order applies to all shipped orders. This minimum helps offset freight costs and allows us to continue offering competitive wholesale pricing.

Shipping Costs & Transit Times

At International Wholesale, we do not profit from shipping.

We work with a network of trusted freight carriers and compare rates from multiple providers to secure the most competitive pricing possible for our customers.

Every Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipment is quoted through multiple carriers to ensure you receive the best available freight rate.

Shipping costs are based on:

Weight-Freight pricing follows weight tiers, generally in 500-pound increments.

Many shipments between 665 and 1,000 pounds fall within the same freight tier, allowing you to maximize your shipment without increasing shipping costs.

Your shopping cart displays an estimated shipment weight as you build your order.

Shipping Tip: Many orders reach a freight "sweet spot" around 3,500 pounds. From there, you can often increase your shipment to approximately 5,000 pounds with little or no additional freight cost.

Distance

Freight charges increase based on the distance between our warehouse and your delivery location.

Number of Pallets

Most LTL carriers allow up to six pallets.

Through our carrier partnerships, we're often able to ship up to eight pallets on shipments under 10,000 pounds, when truck capacity allows.

For larger shipments, we obtain multiple spot and volume quotes to ensure the best possible pricing.

Lift Gate Service

If your location doesn't have a loading dock or forklift, lift gate service makes unloading much easier.

Typical lift gate fees are approximately $35, although pricing varies by carrier.

For smaller deliveries, some customers choose to unload with additional staff to avoid this fee.

Transparent Shipping

Unlike companies advertising "Free Shipping," we believe in transparent pricing.

Many "free shipping" programs simply build freight costs into product pricing. Our shipping charges are clearly shown so you know exactly what you're paying.

Order Processing

Orders generally ship within 24-72 hours after:

Payment has been received

Freight has been approved

Tracking information is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the freight carrier and are not guaranteed.

Completing Your Online Checkout

If you attempt to purchase more inventory than is currently available, you'll receive an inventory notification during checkout.

If you still need the item, include it in the Special Comments section. We receive new inventory daily and may be able to fulfill your request before your shipment leaves.

If you're searching for a product you don't see online, contact us—we're happy to help.

Credit Cards

ACH Transfers-Initiated by Customer to us

Company Checks

Please note that ACH payments and checks must clear before an order can be picked and shipped.

Invoices

Invoices are available through your online account.

Delivery Refusals

If a shipment is refused for reasons other than carrier damage or unsellable merchandise, the following charges may apply:

20% restocking fee

Original outbound freight charges

Return freight charges

If freight arrives damaged or unsellable, please photograph the shipment and retain the Bill of Lading so a freight claim can be filed.

Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Compare the shipment against the packing slip and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.

Freight Damage

Visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before the delivery driver leaves.

If the extent of the damage cannot be determined immediately, write:

"Damaged, Subject to Count"

on the delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to note freight damage on the Bill of Lading may prevent the carrier from approving a freight claim.
