At International Wholesale, we believe in transparent shipping. We don't markup freight costs or profits from shipping. Instead, we work with a trusted network of freight carriers to negotiate competitive rates that help keep your overall costs as low as possible.

For every Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipment, we compare rates from multiple carriers to ensure you receive the best available shipping price.

What Determines Your Shipping Cost?

Your freight cost is based on several factors:

Weight

Shipping rates are calculated using weight tiers, typically in 500-pound increments. In many cases, shipments weighing anywhere from 665 to 1,000 pounds fall within the same pricing tier, allowing you to maximize your order without increasing your shipping cost.

As you build your order, your shopping cart provides an estimated shipment weight to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

Pro Tip: Many orders reach a shipping "sweet spot" around 3,500 pounds. From there, you can often increase your shipment to 5,000 pounds with little or no additional freight cost—making it a great opportunity to add heavier items and get more value from your shipment.

Delivery Distance

Freight rates naturally vary based on the distance between our warehouse and your delivery location. Carrier pricing follows standard industry freight rates.

Number of Pallets

Most LTL carriers accept shipments of up to six to pallets. Thanks to our strong carrier relationships, we're often able to ship up to eight pallets on a single LTL shipment, provided the total shipment remains under 10,000 pounds and truck space is available.

For larger shipments, we obtain spot and volume quotes from multiple freight carriers and brokers to secure the most competitive pricing available.

Lift Gate Service

If your location doesn't have a loading dock or forklift, lift gate service makes unloading your shipment much easier.

Lift gate service typically costs around $35, although pricing may vary by carrier and shipment weight.

Honest Shipping, No Hidden Costs

Some companies advertise "Free Shipping," but those costs are often built into higher product prices. We believe in complete transparency.

Our freight charges are clearly displayed, so you know exactly what you're paying—no hidden fees or inflated product pricing.

Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 24–72 hours after:

Payment has been successfully processed.

Your selected freight option has been approved.

Please note that orders cannot be picked or shipped until freight has been approved.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email with your shipment details.
